This year’s hybrid program, taking place online and in Indianapolis, will feature roughly 50 breakout sessions, a general session with expert-led panel discussions, and a range of side programming, networking activities and special workshops.
We will be using the platform Attendify for registration and also as our virtual hub where you will access sessions and connect with other participants.
Registration details are below, and once you register you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket. For those who register for the in-person event, you will be provided with mobile workshop options to select from later in Spring.
Conference registrations for general tickets (in-person event) must be transferred or cancelled by/before May 15, 2021. Cancellations requested after this date will not be refunded.
Conference registrations for virtual tickets (online only) must be transferred or cancelled by/before May 31, 2021. Cancellations requested after this date will not be refunded.
For all cancelled tickets Project for Public Spaces will retain a $25 admin fee. No refunds will be made in the event of a no-show.
Transfers or refunds may be requested by contacting us at program@walkbikeplaces.org. In the event of cancellation or over-subscription to the conference, Project for Public Spaces' may retain a portion of the registration fee to cover damages it has incurred.

For those joining in-person, we have a limited hotel room block at the Downtown Marriott in Indianapolis. You can reserve your hotel room here. The deadline to reserve your room is May 18, 2021.
For the in-person portion of the event, Walk/Bike/Places 2021 will be headquartered at the Indianapolis Convention Center which is connected directly to the conference hotel. A range of activities in Indianapolis will take place at locations around the city.
This year's scholarship application will be presented as a Pay What You Can option for those who can't cover the cost of registration. You can complete the application here by April 9 to apply.
